Pyranometer CMP10

Pyranometer are sensors for measuring the global and / or diffuse radiation. The pyranometer CMP10 has a spectral range 285-2800 nm. The CMP10 is a secondary standard pyranometer with a very good price / performance ratio.

Based on the proven technology CMP11 the CMP10 for treatment rooms is designed where regular maintenance only under difficult conditions is possible and / or operating costs must be as low as possible. The CMP10 is equipped with an internal drying cartridge, which holds at least 10 years, provided that the case is not open. This reduces maintenance costs by several times. The time interval for cleaning the glass dome can be extended at maximum measuring quality when the CMP10 is additionally equipped with the equally new ventilation unit CVF4.

The CMP 10 is also available with a smart interface:

  • SMP10-V @ 0 ... 1VDC
  • SMP10-A @ 4 ... 20mA.

Pyranometer CMP11

The pyranometer CMP11 is equipped with a sensor element with temperature compensation. It's better than the pyranometer CMP 6 and is particularly suitable for meteorological networks. Due to the shorter response time and accuracy the CMP11 is ideal for applications in the research and development of solar energy and has become the standard sensor or reference sensor for the monitoring of solar systems or solar parks.

The CMP 11 is also available with a smart interface:

  • SMP11-V @ 0 ... 1VDC
  • SMP11-A @ 4 ... 20mA.

Pyranometer CMP 21

The pyranometer CMP 21 has a spectral range 285-2800 nm. It is identical to the pyranometer CMP11, but is equipped with an individual temperature compensation. An integrated thermistor (optional also Pt100) monitored the case temperature. Therefore, the CMP 21 is ideal for scientific applications and networks for monitoring of solar radiation, such as the Baseline Surface Radiation Network (BSRN) of the World Meteorological Organisation (WMO). Pyranometer CMP 22 Pyranometer CMP 22 has all the features of Pyranometer CMP 21, but is additionally provided with high-quality quartz domes for a wider spectral range (200-3600 nm), improved directional response and reduced thermal offsets. Due to this high optical quality of these domes the directional error is reduced to below 0.5 ° solar up to 80 ° zenith angle. Kipp & Zonen is convinced that the pyranometer CMP 22 is the best pyranometer that there are currently.

The Pyranometer CMP10, 11, 21 and 22 correspond to the requirements of ISO 9060 and IEC 60904, as well as the WMO guidelines and the WMO Classification "Secondary Standard". The pyranometers are standard provided with a spirit level, corresponding adjustment screws and a plug-in cable with 10 m length, is individually calibrated and supplied with a calibration certificate behave with its test data for temperature and directional (cosine). The pyranometer with thermopile do not require power! They provide an output signal of 0 to 20 mV proportional to the incoming radiation. If a voltage output or a 4 to 20 mA signal is needed, the use of AMPBOX recommends
