The school weather station wind vane consists of a weather hut with lockable door and integrated bimetallic thermometer, aneroid barometer and hygrometer. The scale diameter of the indicators is 100mm. The display units, made of stainless steel, are mounted on a wooden panel. A rain gauge with a catch area of 100 cm2 is included.

To determine the wind direction and wind speed a wind flag is offered according to Wild. The wind force can be read from the wind vane. .
