Schulwetterstation Basic Regen

The school weather station rain consists of a weather hut with lockable door and integrated bimetallic thermometer, aneroid barometer and hygrometer. The scale diameter of the indicators is 100mm. The display units, made of stainless steel, are mounted on a wooden panel. A rain gauge with a catch area of 100 cm2 is included.

The following parameters are measured :·

• Air temperature·
• Humidity·
• Air pressure·
• Precipitation sum

Derivable variables are:·

• Calculation of the moisture units
• Prediction of the air temperature at the base layer boundary
• Prediction of the air pressure at the base layer boundary
• Forecast of the water budget
