Product information "HIM- Strahlung Pyranometer First Class cmp6"

The albedo is the diffusely reflected from a surface in the wavelength range 285-2800 nm short-wave solar radiation. It is the ratio of reflected radiation to incoming radiation and varies from 0 (dark) to 1 (light). For example, the albedo of grass is 0.15, of dry sand at 0.5 and fresh snow at 0.8.

A Albedometer consists of two pyranometers. The upward sensor measures the incoming solar radiation, the downward the reflected radiation from the surface. If the two sensor signals are converted into a W / m² radiation value, the albedo can be calculated easily.

The Albedometer CMA6 meets the requirements of ISO 9060 and is traceable to the World Radiometric Reference in Davos, Switzerland.

Selecting the right albedometer depends on the desired accuracy and performance requirement. The Albedometer CMA6 has broadband thermopile detectors, double glass dome, and a spirit level and white umbrella to prevent the heating of the apparatus body.

The waterproof connector on the 10m long cable features gold-plated contacts. The Albedometer CMA6 requires no power supply and is supplied with a calibration certificate, which is on the WRR (World Radiometric Reference) traceable.

The Albedometer CMA6 is an ISO First Class Albedometer consisting of two CMP 6 pyranometers in one housing. A lower screen ensures that the lower glass dome is illuminated not directly at sunrise and sunset, and the screw-in drying cartridge protects the equipment inside from moisture. The integrated mounting bar the device can be easily attached to a pole.

Because of its quality and efficiency, the Albedometer CMA6 is ideal for use in meteorology, hydrology and agriculture.
