Product information "Luxmeter with VDC Output"

Luxmeter are used to detect illuminance. The human eye detects electromagnetic waves than visible light radiation in the spectral range from 380 to 780 nm Lightest humans perceive wavelengths around 555 nm -. The light of the color green. violet on the color and blue yellow in the range from 380 to 480 nm or the colors orange and red in the range of 560 to 780 nm, we are markedly less sensitive. The image of this sensitivity curve is called V (λ) function.

To measure the illuminance correctly, the DK-FM Luxmeter approximated with one of the V (λ) curve detector are fitted.

Standard measuring ranges

  • 0..10 klx
  • 0..50 klx
  • 0..200 klx

linear output

  • 0..10 mV (standard version)
  • 0..1 V with amplifier
  • 0..10 mA with measuring amplifier

Standard cable length 1.4 m

The DK-FM lux sensors are optimized for use with data loggers and control systems.

In addition, the following configuration options are available for the sensors

  • Internal amplifiers with voltage, current and digital outputs
  • Measuring range limits
  • Output limits
  • customized versions of the measuring head (specific characteristic)
  • integrated data logger
  • Additional cable lengths
  • Sensors with connectors
  • fast response time
  • Multiple sensors

As an accessory, the following products are available:

  • 3-Punktjustageplatten with bubble for leveling
  • Backplates for easy installation on narrow or round surfaces
  • Traverse to the pole mounting
  • High temperature version
  • Underwater versions
  • very fast sensors
