Precipitationsensor

The precipitate Guardian serves as a signal transmitter for determination of precipitation beginning and end, and the duration of periods of precipitation as e.g. are required in the meteorological service.

Similarly, the precipitation monitors as state detector or to transmit control signals for downstream safety devices against precipitation such as Windows, vents, blinds and shutters are used.

Precipitation in the form of drizzle, rain, snow or hail are detected by a light barrier system and solve a switching signal. With a built-in event filter to the triggering of the switching signal for single events, such as e.g. Leaves, bird droppings, insects etc. suppresses possible.
