The humidity test chamber allows checking and calibrating Hygrographs, thermohygrographs and other hydrometric equipment.
The test chamber consists of a painted sheet steel housing, the actual test chamber is in its upper part. The test chamber is closed by a 2-paned door that is sealed by means of a thick-walled circumferential rubber seal. A hook strip is provided for the suspension of test equipment. The interior of the chamber is ventilated to a homogenization of the test chamber to reach.
In order to check equipment with electric remote transmission, to the left chamber wall electrical feedthroughs are attached. The supply and discharge of working or dehumidified air is done through perforated pipes left and right in the chamber.
The control of desired Prüfkammerfeuchte is made through a hygrometer and an electronic controller. Automatically the set humidity is made very quickly.
The very high accuracy of +/- 1% makes the test chamber at meteorological services worldwide popular.
