Product information "Measuring emission rates"

The emission rates instrument serves the determination of liquid and gaseous rainfall.

The meter consists of:

  • SAM-meter and the
  • Dustmeter after Bergerhoff.

It is in this combination of simple and inexpensive monitoring of large areas

1. Dust Monitor after Bergerhoff

The atmospheric precipitate is collected using the dust meter after Bergerhoff in vessels. Subsequently, the bulk sample is evaporated and, the evaporation gravimetric determination. The sampling equipment consists of:

  • 1 collecting vessel and
  • 1 Stand with protective cage.

When collecting vessel is a standard produced household glass jar (DIN 5071) with a nominal diameter of 9.5 cm and a glass content of 1.5 l. With an internal diameter of the glass aperture of 8.9 cm, the collection surface is 62.2 cm. The glass is also in a mass-produced wire basket, which acts through a funnel-shaped enlargement at the top of the Birds.

The basket of the instrument has a Rilasanbeschichtung to avoid heavy metal items that arise from the material of the basket.

2. SAM-meter

The meter is designed to determine gaseous air pollutants.

The method used for storing the impurities platelets alkaline and hygroscopic (moisture) are. Acidic gaseous air pollutants that overcome the diffusion resistance to platelets out must be detained. Subsequent central analysis is possible.

The sampling equipment consists of:

  • Remove retainer ring,
  • 4 Assembly trains,
  • Empty filters,
  • Standpipe,
  • Threaded cap.

The main features of Immissionsratenmessgerätes are:

  • Low maintenance
  • Determination of the gaseous air pollutants (wet-Disposition)
  • good price-performance ratio
  • quantitative and qualitative collection
