The Standard psychrometer according to August natural ventilation is used for precise measurement of air temperature, humidity and extreme temperatures in a thermometer shelter.

Ventilation is provided by the surrounding air. The ventilation of the thermometers enables a precise determination of the temperature difference (psychrometric difference) between a dry and a humid thermometer. From the psychrometric difference, common humidity parameters can be derived by calculation.

The scope of delivery includes:

- 1 laboratory stand with 500 mm long rod,
- 1 upper thermometer holder,
- 1 extreme thermometer holder,
- 1 lower thermometer holder,-
