Usage

With the HI ComP Basic we offer a solution to use industrial PCs in areas where denied normal PC technology.

Numerous requirements for PC systems can not be sufficiently fulfilled by standard PC systems. This problems occurred in the implementation of specific customer requirements in the past. By HIMComP Basic it is possible to individual customer needs in a significantly greater extent than in the originally used systems to accommodate.

The devices of this type are in the world, among others delivered to Russia, Spain and Nicaragua. Much of the equipment was made directly for the GFZ and is used worldwide in stations for earthquake engineering and since early 2006 in the tsunami early warning system. Data acquisition and control

The HIMComP Basic is based on a powerful PC-104 board with power-saving CPU (AMD LX800 ™) and is modular. Thus, a wide variety of interfaces are possible.
